Yes. Power PDF was sold under the Kofax name and now carries the Tungsten Automation brand. The product lineage is the same.

QIs Power PDF a subscription or a one-time purchase?

Standard and Advanced individual editions are perpetual, one-time purchases. Power PDF Business SaaS is a subscription that includes updates and the latest features.
