Verified partner status
Official, vendor-recognized standing across all 8+ ecosystems we support, so every purchase can be verified directly with the vendor.
About us
Rua Technologies helps businesses across India choose the right Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and security solutions — then handles the procurement, deployment, and ongoing support so internal IT teams don't have to manage a dozen vendor relationships alone.

One accountable team across every major vendor ecosystem.
Who we are
Rua Technologies is an official, authorized partner of Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Google, AWS, Trend Micro, and Seqrite. That standing means our licensing, pricing, and support come directly through vendor-recognized channels — not gray-market resale — so customers can verify our status with each vendor and trust that what they buy through Rua is genuine.

Rua Technologies exists to remove the friction between what a business needs from its technology and what actually gets procured, deployed, and supported. Instead of juggling separate vendor reps, resellers, and support desks for productivity software, cloud infrastructure, and security tooling, our clients work with one team that understands the full stack and owns outcomes across it.
We work as an extension of internal IT and finance teams — not a replacement for them — handling the procurement mechanics, technical configuration, and renewal governance so internal staff can focus on the business priorities that actually need their attention. We support organizations across India with dedicated on-ground presence in select regions, and extend that same standard of coverage to businesses anywhere in India remotely.
Why choose us
Official, vendor-recognized standing across all 8+ ecosystems we support, so every purchase can be verified directly with the vendor.
Recommendations are based on fit for your environment, not which vendor pays the highest margin.
Productivity, cloud, and security are handled by the same team, so nothing falls into the gap between vendors.
A single team owns deployment and vendor escalation from first quote through renewal — no hand-offs.
Renewal windows and security-aware setup are tracked and flagged well before they turn into last-minute fire drills.
Structured for teams that have outgrown ad hoc software purchasing but aren't ready for a large in-house IT department.
Enterprise governance
Enterprise buyers need more than product names — they need a clear owner for entitlements, renewals, support, risk, and commercial visibility.
Our story
Built to close the gap between what businesses need from their technology and what actually gets procured, deployed, and supported.
Rua Technologies was founded in 2023 out of a problem we kept seeing up close: businesses were losing real time and money not because they'd picked the wrong software, but because nobody owned the process around it. Microsoft volume licensing agreements went unrenewed until the last minute. Tenants were configured once at setup and never revisited. Vendor reps rotated through accounts every few months, so no one ever had the full picture of what a business actually needed. We started as a small licensing desk with a simple premise — that a business's IT vendor relationships should have one accountable owner, not a rotating cast of resellers and support tickets. That premise is still the whole business today, just applied across a lot more than licensing.
Licensing was the entry point, but it was never the whole problem. Clients who trusted us with their Microsoft agreements started asking the same question about their cloud infrastructure, their security posture, their Adobe and Autodesk tooling — could we own that too, instead of introducing them to yet another vendor? So we built toward it deliberately, earning authorized reseller and partner standing with Google, Adobe, AWS, Autodesk, Trend Micro, and Seqrite one relationship at a time. Each new partnership had to clear the same bar: it had to let us take on real ownership of an outcome, not just resell a product. That discipline is what turned a single-vendor licensing desk into a multi-ecosystem IT partner that can carry a business across productivity, cloud, and security without a single hand-off.
Growth followed trust, not the other way around. What began as on-the-ground support for a small group of local clients expanded as those clients opened offices, took on new locations, or referred us to partners elsewhere — each time backed by dedicated local presence rather than a call center standing in for it. We extend that same standard of service remotely to businesses anywhere in India, so location was never a reason for a client to get a lesser version of what we do.
Today, Rua Technologies works with organizations ranging from growing mid-size companies to large enterprises, and the range is by design — the same discipline that helps a 30-person business untangle its first volume licensing agreement is what a 500-person enterprise needs to keep licensing, cloud, and security governed as one connected system instead of three separate vendor relationships pulling in different directions. Internal IT and finance teams stay in the driver's seat; we handle the procurement mechanics, technical configuration, and renewal governance underneath it, so what our clients get is outcomes, not hand-offs.

FAQ
Yes — our partner and reseller status with Microsoft, Google, Adobe, AWS, Autodesk, Trend Micro, and Seqrite can be verified directly with each vendor. We don't sell through gray-market or unauthorized channels.
No. We have dedicated on-ground presence in select regions across India, and support businesses anywhere else in India remotely with the same standard of service.
Yes. Most of our clients have an internal IT or finance team; we work alongside them to handle procurement, vendor escalation, and specialist deployment work rather than replacing them.
Licensing is priced at the vendor's published rates through our partner channel; project and support work is quoted based on scope after a discovery call. There's no markup hidden in the license cost.
Every engagement includes a handover to our managed support team, who track renewal dates, monitor security posture, and stay available for ongoing questions — not just a one-time deployment.
